Ferrari has written an article entitled "Rebecca Solomon, Pre-Raphaelite Sister" published in the Summer 2004 issue of The Review of the Pre-Raphaelite Society. The article provides an overview of the life, work, and lifetime exhibition history of this largely overlooked Anglo-Jewish Victorian artist. He also presented a paper entitled "Looking Back with a Queer Eye: Simeon Solomon and Friends" at the "Intersections: Queer Visual Culture at the Crossroads" conference, organized by the Queer Caucus for Art and co-sponsored by the City University of New York Graduate Center and CLAGS (Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies). William Miller, Director of Libraries, received the ACRL Instruction Section's Miriam Dudley Instruction Librarian of the Year award at the annual conference in Orlando. Gary L. Parsons, Librarian, had his article "Alternative Energy: Resources from Coal to Wind" published in the January 2005 issue of College and Research Libraries News. This article is part of the Association of College and Research Libraries' ongoing series of internet-based research for web resources on a wide variety of subjects. The article notes internet resources on energy, from our traditional basics (coal, oil) to the far future (free energy, cold fusion). This is another of Mr. Parson's appearances in a peer-reviewed national level publication. | ||
